We offer a range of bat boxes that will last as long as any on the market, but that make use of local English oak, local craftsmen, and sustainable birch ply, to create an attractive bat box that can be proudly erected anywhere. We have also developed a heated bat box in which all the electrics are hidden from view. This heated box is particularly useful in mitigation projects where a heat source was involved, such as pipistrelle roosts around heating pipes or boiler flues.

Our boxes have an intricate internal design with a series of baffles made from sustainable birch ply to provide a range of crevices with differing temperature profiles. The roof is covered with lead, which is a natural product that avoids the need for preservatives or varnishes. The bat boxes are designed to last at least 20 years.
